How quickly do we dispatch?

If you order before 1pm, Mon-Fri we'll usually dispatch the same day.

Occasionally there may be reasons we can't dispatch on time, for example, if we need further info from you, or if something beyond our control prevents us getting your order out. 

If we are aware in advance of any reason we won't be able to dispatch on time, (for example if we're closed) we'll make it clear on the website.

Which shipping services do we use?

Most orders are posted with a Royal Mail next-day service (First Class or similar). In about 90% of cases, Royal Mail will deliver the next working day (excluding non-mainland/Highland UK addresses etc). 

We may occasionally use other shipping services. This might be because your package is larger than usual for example. 

Please note that there are occasionally delays with Royal Mail (and other services), especially around or after public holidays and in November, December and early January.
